Go for Gold! The Safeguarding Company win Gold at the 2022 Welsh Contact Centre Awards

We’re thrilled to announce that our Customer Relations Team picked up two awards at the prestigious Welsh Contact Centre Awards, an annual celebration that recognises the best talent across the country.

The Safeguarding Company’s Customer Success Team, who were finalists alongside Lloyds Banking, Legal & General and MotoNovo Finance, for a total of 5 awards, won Silver for the Support Team of the Year, and Gold for Customer Engagement. This is the second year in a row the Customer Relations team has picked up the top spot for the esteemed Customer Engagement award. In an industry that is not always known for high levels of customer service, these awards are testament to everyone’s hard work, focus and investment.

“Huge congratulations to our Customer Success team. It was an enormous accolade to be finalists, as we were up against some very stiff competition. To win in the Customer Engagement category for the second successive year and to be runners up in Support Team of the Year, as well as having three individual finalists, was an outstanding achievement”.

A big congratulations also to Kerry Batten, who was nominated for the Rising Star award. Dan Price who was nominated for Advisor of the Year and Mel Wilson who was nominated for Trainer/Coach of the Year.
