Terms and Conditions

  1. The giveaway is open to individual entrants aged 18 or over and entrants must be able to provide the information requested on the form.
  2. Employees or agencies of The Safeguarding Company ("TSC", "We") or their family members, or anyone else connected with the Prize Draw may not enter the Prize Draw.
  3. By submitting your contact information, you agree to receive emails from TSC containing offers and developments that we think may interest you. You will be given the opportunity to unsubscribe on every email that we send.
  4. To enter the Prize Draw you must complete the "BETT entry form" or express an interest to a team member who will scan your badge by on 29th - 31st March 2023. No purchase is necessary.
  5. Only one entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
  6. TSC accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete or cannot be read or processed for any technical or other reason.
  7. The closing date of the Giveaway is 16:00 on Friday 31st March 2023. Entries received outside this time period will not be considered.
  8. Six winners will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The draw will be performed by a random computer process. A draw will take place each day on the 29th, 30th and 31st March 2023.
  9. The winners will be contacted on or before Monday 3rd April 2023 via email. If a winner does not respond to TSC within 14 days of being notified by TSC, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and TSC shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will have to respond to the notification of their win within 14 days or else they will also forfeit their giveaway). If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner's prize will be forfeited and TSC shall be entitled to select another winner.
  10. When contacted, the runners up will be asked to provide their address so that a book can be sent to them. The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other products or services produced by TSC.
  11. Entrants into the Prize Draw shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
  12. The winner’s consent to TSC using the winner’s name for advertising, marketing or promotional material without additional compensation or prior notice and, in entering the giveaway, all entrants consent to the same.
