Categories of Concern
A library of over 130 categories of concern which safeguarding leads can use to categorise concerns. Definitions are provided to ensure accurate identification and appropriate support
Lessons Learned
Record 'lessons learned' to support staff CPD and improve outcomes for the children, young people and adults at risk in their care. These records can be used to develop lessons for pupils/members or inform staff training requirements
Redaction Tool
Allows safeguarding leads the ability to redact confidential or irrelevant data from PDF chronologies. These can then be shared in the peace of mind that no data protection rules have been compromised
Locations
Staff can specify where a concern took place to support your organisation’s understanding of the contextual nature of safeguarding and allow the safeguarding leads to identify locations which present a risk
Document Sign-Off
Allows safeguarding leads and senior staff to mandate that staff read relevant documentation. This feature then provides an audited record that documents have been read and understood by the required staff
